Our Annual Summer Picnic will be Saturday, August 24th, at noon, in Addenbrooke Park.
The Alameda Estates area is bound by Kipling Street on the West, Alameda Avenue on the North, Addenbrooke Park on the south, and Garrison Street on the east.
We began our association in 2003 to promote and protect the common interests of the neighbors, to stay informed of current developments, to investigate issues of local and area wide concern and to provide citizen input to appropriate government agencies.
Our annual dues are $10.00 per family membership.
We meet yearly in June (Annual Business Meeting) and August (Summer Picnic) and whenever necessary for any community updates.
